Hamilton Farms participates at select Canadian cattle shows each year and have been fortunate to have our Angus bulls and females selected for Grand, Supreme and National Champion honors. Exhibiting cattle allows us to promote our breeding program to other breeders and cattlemen at events such as Canadian Western Agribition, Farmfair International, Canadian National Angus events. Our primary goal as Canadian Angus breeders, is to produce bulls that are successful for our commercial cow-calf customers, and seedstock bulls and replacement females for other purebred Angus breeding operations. Cattle show competitions fulfill our competitive spirit, allow us to socialize and meet fellow cattlemen while promoting our breeding operation. We feel very fortunate every time our cattle chosen as Champions. It is exciting whenever a judge chooses our cattle to win - and to know that our primary breeding goals also bring accomplishments in the show ring.
